Weight Watchers is a proven program of losing weight through moderate and selective eating. Points are given to each kind of food and serving size. A person can eat, for example, up to 20 points a day. A good eight-point meal would consist of a three-ounce portion of teriyaki, boneless chicken breast, a baked potato, steamed zucchini, a cup of blueberries -- all with fat-free condiments, of course. Points can be saved (and earned with exercise), so that more of a feast meal can be enjoyed -- as long as one stays within the total points allotted for the day.
