That Seeing, They May Believe
52 Children's Object Lessons
Purpose: To encourage children to keep on trying when they have
difficulty doing anything.
Material: No special material is needed. The little song, used
here, has finger movements to use with it. If you know them, they
can be used.
Lesson: Do any of you know the little song "The Itsy Bitsy
Spider?" Let's do it together. It goes like this:
The itsy bitsy spider went up the water spout.
Down came the rain and drove the spider out.
Out came the sun and dried up all the rain.
