The Governor of Michigan was invited as a guest of honor to an automobile factory. While he was there they assembled a car in exactly 22 minutes. The matter was given considerable publicity in the news media.
A month or so later, an obviously angry man called on the telephone and wanted to talk with the CEO of the car company. When the officer asked why, the angry man said, "Is it true that, in honor of the governor, your factory put a car together in 22 minutes?"
"Absolutely true," the CEO replied.
