A SERMON Series FOR LENT
The telephone rang last Thursday morning. The caller identified himself as a reporter for The Raleigh Times. "We are doing a feature article on preparations ministers make for preaching on Easter Sunday," he said, "and I would like to ask you a few questions."
With my consent, the questions were asked: How much time are you spending in preparation? What are you going to say? Are you using last year's Easter sermon? Where did you get your idea? How does it all tie in with what you have been preaching prior to Easter?
