Story Time At The Altar
86 Messages For Children
When the world was young, two brothers loved each other. Together they shared a field and a mill which they worked together. Each night they divided the grain they had ground that day and made sure the piles were even.
One of the brothers was single and lived alone. The other brother was married and had a wife and children. One night the single brother said to himself and to God, "I have only myself to feed and my brother has a family to support. It is not fair that the grain is evenly divided." From that night on, he secretly took some of his grain to his brother's granary.
