Calls To Worship And Other Worship Resources
Our plight is our task. Take away our plight, and we have no
"raison d'etre." Often, like the apostle Paul, we cry out, "Lord,
take this thorn from my flesh, then I can serve you well.
Consider how much better I'd be able to function. Recognize what
a witness I could be for you, were I healed." We cry out, "If I
just had more money, a better education, improved health, a
different career, a more understanding family, then I'd really
shine. I'd make a difference in this world." But God's response
