There was a blacksmith who hired a boy to work with him in his shop. The boy was not very bright. In getting started, the smith was showing the boy what to do.
Said he: "First, I place the horseshoe on the anvil. Then when I nod my head, hit it with the hammer."
The boy hit the blacksmith hard on the head!
