During Lent, a certain man and his wife decided to give up drinking. They told their little son about it.
Later, they asked the son about what he had given up.
He said, "How about that beer you have been drinking?"
Father answered, "We meant giving up liquor, like brandy and whiskey -- hard drinking!"
The son said, "Then I will give up hard candy!"
