The Witness
I was the supreme military ruler for Caesar Tiberius in charge of the province of Judea for Rome. The Jews of the territory had their laws they said were given to them by their God. But the only true law for them was Roman law. I was the true judge and final authority for the law. Now, most of the Jews understood this and even appreciated the progress that Rome represented.
