Tormenting Questions In A Bizarre World
May it be that we are blind today, Leon? Is not the thinking of most of us locked in to thinking of national states as the ultimate in political units? In the post-World War II era have not Western leaders proceeded blindly to encourage and assist in the birth of new nation-states, thereby repeating and imitating Western powers in guarding their sovereignties? One end result of this might then be spreading the dangers of conflict on an increasingly crowded planet.
