Young children are often amazed...

Young children are often amazed at their parents' knowledge. Their little cheeks are smeared with chocolate, but they can't figure out how Mom knows they sneaked some chocolate sauce. The wooden floor in their bedroom creaks, but they are surprised that Dad knows they are playing instead of napping. A scrap of bright orange warning tape is stuck to their muddy bike tire, but they wonder who told Dad they had been riding in the dangerous construction area near their home.
