For years Americans have been complaining about the need for change in our government. We moan over the fact that the same officials get elected year after year. But, of course, we are the ones who keep electing them year after year. But in the 1992 general election 14 states approved term limits. That means that senators, representatives and other state officials will be limited as to the number of times that they can be re-elected. Therefore, every so many years there will have to be a change in the state's elected leadership. Peter reminds us of our need to repent, to change.
