The Western Pennsylvania church is a 200-member congregation in Washington, D.C. And that church was in the process of relocating to a larger site about four blocks from where it currently was. But many of the people in that neighborhood four blocks away were not thrilled at the prospect of having Western Presbyterian as a new neighbor. You see, Western Church runs a program each day that feeds 200 to 300 homeless people. And many of the people in that neighborhood just did not want that sort of activity going on so close to them.
