At a wedding reception the father of the groom, who happened to be a successful neurosurgeon, raised his glass and proposed a toast to his son and his new, beautiful daughter-in-law: "To health, wealth, and happiness. May you have all three in abundance!" The groom, who had been influenced greatly by his Christian wife and her family and who had experienced distorted values in his own family, stood and acknowledged his father's toast. With gentleness and love he responded: "To health and happiness -- both gifts of God's grace in Christ.
