The travelling executive decided that as a test of ingenuity he would see if he could avoid tipping the next bellman he encountered. Just as he set himself this task, there was a knock on the door. "Yes?" he said. "Bellman, sir. A fax for you." The executive thought fast. "Just slip it under the door." Out of sight, out of mind -- if he didn't physically contact the bellman he couldn't tip him. But the bellman thought faster. "Can't slip it under the door, sir. It's on a tray." Weaknesses can become strengths; doors can be opened.
