Tim was in sixth grade when he was assigned a "Remembrance Project." Tim's homework was to find someone who had lived in his hometown of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, for at least fifty years and Tim knew just the man. His grandfather had worked in the steel mills all his life and loved to talk about the good old days.

"So what was it like around here in the 1950s grandpa?" asked Tim.
