They saw something that looked strange, even foolish to them. An elderly man with a raincoat and an umbrella has turned to look around before leaving the restaurant. Another man smoking a cigar glances up from his newspaper. Two teenagers stare at the same scene. What they are all looking at is an old woman and a small boy with heads bowed saying grace before their meal.
