A so-called corporate "head hunter" was on a mission of sorts. His name was Henry Golightly, which may or may not describe the tactics he employs in his work which is to match positions and people. On a particular occasion Mr. Golightly was on a trip to convince an executive who earned $200,000 a year that he should change jobs.
"How can you possibly get anyone who is earning that much money and has to be incredibly secure within himself, to move to another company?" asked the man who shared the aircraft seat row.
