Sheila was a hardened drug...

Sheila was a hardened drug addict by the time she was seventeen. Crack cocaine was her drug of choice but she had tried most everything. She was disgusted with herself for who she had become; stealing and even selling herself on the street to keep her supply of crack uninterrupted and growing.
One day she met Phil, a young man a couple of years older than her, who had successfully gotten out of the vicious grip of drugs. In her lucid moments she fell in love and longed to have a real relationship -- one based on love and not on money or drugs.
Phil patiently and lovingly helped her and introduced her to his friends, his family and his Lord.
She eventually cleaned up her addiction and claimed for her own the scripture that said, "We died to sin; how can we live in it any longer?"
