Repeatedly you find the word...

Repeatedly you find the word "fear" in much of our Easter Scripture readings. Paul is acutely aware of the importance of both the concept of the love of God and the fear of the Lord. Here he is addressing those who "fear" the Lord and have as a base to their faith, fear.
While many in our modern age would stress the love of God, they forget that "fear is the beginning of faith." Love can and should be its end. Both are necessary for a strong and healthy faith.
