Peace. Not just peace between people but peace in the natural world as well. More than that -- peace with God. This idyllic kingdom we all say we want. But what we say and what we do are often at odds. We say we want peace. Every generation says the same. Every generation knows that war devastates families, property, people and nations. There is virtually nothing good that comes from war. But we go to war thinking that might makes right and that somehow we shall be spared from the devastation that we convince ourselves our enemies deserve.
