It is easy to die if you are disobedient, ignore directions or refuse to follow safety precautions. For instance, according to the Kennebec Journal of Maine, the owner of Carrier Chipping, Inc., a manufacturer of heavy duty wood chipping machines, ignored his own company's safety precautions and paid with his life.
