Officials of a small town...

Officials of a small town in New York State reported that a man who had won more than one million dollars in the state's Lotto game had been arrested for stealing more than $6,000 from his sister's convenience store. She left him in charge of her store while she went on vacation and he took advantage of her absence to tinker with the computerized cash register so it would eliminate half the day's receipts.
The lotto game was $1,001,942. One would think his annual payment of $44,222 for twenty years would have been enough to satisfy his need and greed for money.
