My brother got a degree in electrical engineering from Texas A & M. In one of his classes the professor was talking about nuclear fusion. He made the comment that the energy of the sun comes from nuclear fusion and that it would burn out in about 10 billion years. One of the students looked startled and said, "How long did you say?" The professor repeated, "10 billion years." "Whew! That's a relief," the student answered, "I thought you said 10 million years." -- Welborn
