Joe was ambitious. Growing up without a lot of the things his friends had, Joe vowed to
himself that he would be rich beyond his imagination. He worked hard and bought his
first property when he was 23. He sold that property two years later, almost doubling his
investment. He found a formula that worked. By the time he was thirty, he was worth
well over $1 million.
