Insurance has become a major concern of our lives. Health, renter's, homeowner's, life and liability insurances, just to name a few. Increasingly, people must make major life decisions based on whether or not insurance considerations can be worked out, especially when job or housing changes are necessary. Recently, one local pastor began the process to purchase a home in the community. An attorney was enlisted to facilitate the "for sale by owner" transaction.
