I left a meeting with our finance committee disappointed and disheartened. We hadn't agreed on some key points in our projected plans, and in the pressure of the moment we had not really listened to what each member had to offer. I went back to my office thinking I would like to shut out the whole situation. Fortunately, our chairman called and suggested that perhaps we had not understood each other, and should meet soon to try again to hear.
