I choose you
Commentary
In John 15:16, Jesus says, "You did not choose me but I chose you. And I appointed you to go and bear fruit, fruit that will last...."
I don't know about you, but I needed to hear this. I needed to be reminded that to somebody I am special, I am of value and worth, that I am included among the chosen. For the message the world often gives us is that we are not chosen. We are not special. We are not included. We're not smart enough, educated enough, wealthy enough, handsome or pretty enough, just plain not good enough to be among the chosen.
