Homes of famous people, which are open to the public, draw numerous visitors each year. On any given day one will see large crowds at Mount Vernon, Virginia, Springfield, Illinois, and homes of other American presidents. The same is true of war heroes, sports' figures, movie stars, inventors, writers, artists, etc. Perhaps we feel if we walk through the rooms which these people did, some of their qualities may brush off on us or, at least, we might discover some insights into their successes and, in turn, we can improve our lives.
