A good personnel director will seldom interview a prospective employee without a good job description. There are many people that have a variety of talents, but the matching of a person to a specific job is a difficult task and is only more complicated when there is not a clear definition of what the person is to do. It seems apparent that Jesus had a specific job description in mind when he called the twelve disciples. Jesus knew whom he wanted them to visit and what he wanted them to do when they visited.
