Every year, around April 15, there are stories on the radio and television from people who have come to the conclusion that the United States income tax is unconstitutional and that no U.S. citizen is required to pay it. Of course, every year, after April 15, there are also people who go to jail for not paying their income tax!

But it all sounds so good and promising! Think of what people could do with that money if they didn't have to send so much of their money to Uncle Sam. Think how good life would be.
