Every time you go to the grocery store, you see signs that say "New and Improved." You see it on cereal boxes, on bathtub cleaners, on bags of dog food. Just about everything in the stores seems to be new and improved. It makes you wonder if what you had been buying all along was old and lousy. And so since we see those words "New and Improved" so often, sometimes we have a hard time believing what it says.
