Each afternoon the youth lined up at the bus to go to the city to swim in the public pool. After the morning classes at the summer conference, they were ready to relax and have a great time. But two Black girls didn't line up at the bus because they had been told ahead of time that Blacks were not welcome at that city pool. They just stayed in their rooms and waited until their Christian friends returned. One on the bus became aware of their absence, and she inquired about it.
