Do you remember the old movie, Oh, God, starring George Burns? God, an elderly man wearing sneakers and a fishing hat, admits that he avoids miracles. They're "too flashy." When the grocery-store clerk to whom he's appeared (John Denver) asks for some proof to take back to others, God literally hands him his calling card. It's a simple white rectangle, with a single word printed in the very center. "God" is all it says.
