Credibility is a major problem that the courts are struggling with today. No matter what you are trying to prove in court, you can find a so-called expert to back you up, as long as the price is right, of course. In trials, so-called experts are brought in by both the prosecution and defense. And quite often those experts put forth opposite conclusions, yet both sides claim to be speaking the truth. So the poor juries are left with the dilemma of deciding who and what to believe. They are faced with the difficult decision of determining who is credible.
