Corrie ten Boom, a cherished saint who as a girl survived the concentration camps of World War II Germany, tells of a conversation she had with her father about courage and strength. She told him she did not think she had the courage she needed to face what could be ahead, especially death. Her father asked her, "When we are going to take a train ride, when do I give you your ticket?" "Just as we are about to get on," she said.
