Brittany has been through a lot in her seventeen years. She was only a toddler when her parents broke up and later divorced. She candidly says that every couple of years she would have a new father figure in her life. The summer after eighth grade, Brit made a heartbreaking discovery. Her mother was addicted to cocaine. Her stepfather traveled a good deal for his job and wasn't home as much as she would have liked. He worked hard trying to keep the family together.
