Good morning! Have any of you ever seen a cartoon on
television about Popeye the Sailor? (Let them answer.) When
Popeye gets into a situation where he needs a lot more strength,
where the bad guys are stealing his girlfriend, Olive Oyl, or
someone else who needs to be rescued, what does he do? (Let them
answer.) He takes a can of spinach like this one (show the can),
and he eats it all in one gulp. After that, his muscles bulge
out, and he can do anything he needs to do. He gets really
strong.
