Object:
SHARING THIS WEEK'S GOSPEL THEME
AT SUNDAY SCHOOL AND AT HOME
Materials:
Baby food jars
Sand
Small objects (small plastic toys, beads, hairpins, game pieces)
Masking or electrical tape (optional)
Directions:
1. Give each child a baby food jar.
2. Fill each jar about ¾ full of sand.
3. Add a few small objects to each jar.
4. Screw the lid onto the jar very tightly. (If desired, seal with electrical tape or masking tape.)
5. Shake jar. Children have created their own "I Spy" game. They must shake the jar to find the objects.
