Hello, boys and girls. I brought a grocery bag because I want to talk about groceries with you. What kinds of groceries do we put in a grocery bag? (let them name foods and other items) We can put lots of things in a grocery bag. When we shop for a whole week's groceries, we might put a little of everything in our bags because it has to last for a whole week. Sometimes we shop for some special items. Let's play a game. I'll name some things that might be in a grocery bag and you tell me what it might be for.
