We Walk By Faith
Prayer Of The Day
P: You breathe life, O God, and all things come to be. You breathe life, O God, and we come to believe. Fill our hearts with praise, that we might know the peace that you intended from the start. Fill our hearts with joy, that we would live for you -- freely, fully, and forgiven, through Jesus Christ, our risen Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God without end.
C: Amen.
Intercessory Prayers
After each petition:
L: Risen Lord, in your mercy,
C: hear our prayer.
Offertory Prayer
A: Blessed are you,
C: O Lord, our God, ruler of the universe.
Blessed are you who creates all things.
Blessed are you who creates all things new.
Blessed are you, and blessed are your gifts.
Amen.
Post-Communion Blessing
P: Blessed are you who have not seen
and yet have come to believe
for in believing, you will have life in his name. Amen.
Post-Communion Prayer
A: All-loving and all-wise God, we give you thanks that you come hidden in this holy meal and that you make yourself known in our hearts. Strengthen and guide us in this coming week, that in thought, word, and deed we might proclaim to all your magnificent love, through Jesus Christ our Lord.
C: Amen.
Benediction
P: My Lord and my God, Thomas cried,
my Lord and my God.
May such faithful witness flow from your lips
in these coming days,
as you come to believe,
again, and again, and again.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, +
and of the Holy Spirit.
C: Amen.
