Vicki was at a turning...

Vicki was at a turning point in her life. While she had friends at the church that she had been attending for several years, she felt it was time to get involved with another church. The church on the other side of town offered more programs for her children and she decided that's what she would tell anyone who asked.
She prayed seeking direction, still unsure what she should do. Should she stay or move on? One morning as Vicki was out walking, she felt God speaking to her. It was a two-way conversation. She gave her reasons for wanting to go to another church, which amounted to the fact that the other church had more of just about everything. Then she heard God speak to her telling her that she could be the person to make a difference in her current church. Vicki will tell you it was a powerful experience.
With the help of other people, Vicki organized "40 Days of Purpose "at church. The campaign drew people to the church and that reenergized the entire congregation. She decided to stay with her church and help make it stronger because she believed that's what God wanted her to do.
