We live in a T.V. dinner society. We want everything quick and easy. We want instant solutions with minimum effort. We want immediate and easy results. Most of all we want quick and easy happiness. But you just cannot pop your life into a micro-wave oven and have good warm happiness in thirty-five seconds. At least you cannot get the kind of happiness Scripture talks about that way. Happiness comes as you develop wisdom and understanding, and that takes time and discipline and obedience.
