Could you send me two...

"Could you send me two hundred dollars? The school needs a pump in order to have running water." Harold Struikman did not even hesitate. Connie received the money in no time, bought the pump, and had it installed. There were eighteen women in the school learning to be pastors and Christian education directors in a very rural area. Having running water greatly simplified things and allowed more time for study. The joy they experienced knew no bounds. It was like a small miracle to open the tap and get water! But to Mr. Struikman, it was no big deal. He was thanked profusely, but he remained humble. "Don't thank me," he said, "thank God, who gave me the money to share it with you." Two hundred dollars may not seem like much, but it was out of the school's reach. Connie was responsible for the students, and resources were limited. But God provided for the group through the care and concern of others. God entrusted money to Harold, and he shared with others. The women thanked Harold, but praised God!
