Stealth aircraft operate on the principle of failing to reflect radar emissions. The nature of the aircraft's surface both in shape and material deter the accurate interpretation of their presence. Some articles have opinioned that an F-117 stealth fighter-bomber has the radar signature of a common sparrow. The only way such planes can be detected when flying in a non-combat role is through the use of intentional emissions that permit their detection by ground-based radar for purposes of transportation safety. Subsequently, it is the pilot's prerogative to determine if he wishes for the aircraft to be detected. Paul speaks of God's prerogative in revealing God's self to humanity.
