Why we do the things we do
Commentary
Shortly after their conversion to Christianity years ago, friends of mine were looking for
a new career in which their faith could play a more central role. They worked in
television production and broadcasting, and soon found a job with a major Christian
televangelist. My friends were very excited to work for such a widely known and high-
impact organization, especially since its production facilities were of first-rate quality.
This allowed them to produce top-notch programming with a clear religious
message.
