Think back to any recent political election and you can probably remember insults and innuendos and accusations being thrown about. They probably increased in both frequency and intensity as Election Day drew near. The sad thing about all of this is that the remarks are often without merit or any credible witnesses to back them up. Yet, the damage is done and lives and reputations are often destroyed in hopes that the voting public will treat all of these reports as true.
