Symbols and imagination are a part of our everyday life. One place where I worked, I had to deal with a particularly difficult person. Working with this person was problematic for me. I realized after a while that this person was like a huge giant in my life that I felt I had to overcome. One day while at a meeting I sat staring at this person. Suddenly I watched as the person began to shrink before my eyes. I could hardly believe it. The person became my size and then even smaller than I. From that day until I left that job, the person was no longer a problem for me.
