We often run away when we fail. We hide our grade cards as students, we leave our jobs, we divorce for the wrong reasons, and so on. And all the while we are thinking that if we find a new place or a new start all will be well.
Peter learned that Jesus was calling him back home. He still had a purpose and plan for him. Until Peter was willing to stop running, he was not able to serve the Master.
