A man was hired to sell used cars. It was a one-man operation, but the owner of the car lot was going on vacation for one month, so he hired an individual to work his business during his absence. The owner of the used car lot spent two weeks before leaving for vacation training his new employee. During this training session the owner spoke to his new employee about the need to tell the customer what he wants to hear.
